Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

 As a small brand, we personally import all garments from Vietnam. For this reason, returns are not accepted except in the case of defective products. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchange Conditions

•  Exchanges are available only for size changes, subject to stock availability
•  Products must be unused and in their original condition for exchanges to be accepted
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges
•  Exchange requests must be made within 1–2 days of receipt
• Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned
•  In the case of defective products, we may offer an exchange or refund after inspection.
